The student profile (SPRO) screen is gateway to several other student screens. On this particular screen, you can view the student's current academic program, graduated program, and status.

Need to see the courses a student is taking or has completed? Visit the STAC screen and you can see that information and more. Furthermore, you can view more information about a student's academic credit via the SACD screen.

The student academic credit detail (SACD) screen allows you to see more information about a student's particular academic credit record.
The financial module lets you handle student billing with ease
Student accounts under Financials allows you to generate a bill for each student for each term the student is registered. You can view the beginning, ending, and current balances along with payments made by the student as well as refunds issued to the student.
Course Sections (SECT)
Create as many course sections you need from a course
The SECT screen removes cumbersome work from having to create a number of courses per term. Just change or update a few of the details and your new course section is all set to go.

Most student information systems come with standard reports and/or a limited GUI to get at your data. With the SQL Terminal, you can generate advanced ad-hoc reports. It's your data and you should be able to access it when you need it.
